What you need to know to being your Real Estate Journey
Requirements
The State of Florida’s Department of Business Professional Regulation (DBPR) processes applications for licensure.

To Apply YOU MUST:

Be 18 years old

Have a Social Security Number

Pass Fingerprint/Background check
-
Complete Pre-Licensing Education
-
Pass the State Exam
-
Submit an Application to the Department

Pay the application fee
Pre-License Course
The State of Florida requires each candidate attend a 63-Hour pre-licensing course with a state approved licensing education provider. The candidate may not miss more than 8 instructional hours of the course & MUST pass the end-of-course exam with a score of 70% or better.

Florida State Exam
After successful completing the pre-license course and passing the end-of-course exam you will become eligible to sit for the state examination. You must pass the state exam with a score of 75% or better. You may take the state exam as many times as needed to pass. However you will be charged each time you sit for the exam.
